Black Seed Oil

I've just started using Black Seed Oil. The health benefits are amazing! I wonder if it affects serotonin levels too because I feel GREAT

How do you use it? How much do you use & is it with food or just on its own?

I'm using the capsules, you take 2 per day. If you get the oil you take one teaspoon per day. If you have cancer you have 3 capsules or 2 1/2 teaspoons. I've given them to the dogs hidden in cream cheese. I've actually stopped giving them to the dogs just because I might as well use up the Devil's Claw alternative first and then buy a bigger pack of BSO as we are all using it.

Actually, I came across it in my armchair detective forum where a few people use it as quite a few of the people there are from overseas - they don't sell it YET in the UK, (although every pharmacy in Germany does where it is lauded so much that people with little money and health problems can get it free!). I became very interested in it because a retired nutritionist couldn't recommend it highly enough and one of the other members started her partner, who has cancer, on it with fantastic results.

How are you getting on with the BSO Caryll? So far for me:
I'm sleeping better
I'm waking up feeling invigorated
I have more energy
A general sense of well being
My skin is glowing
The whites of my eyes are...white
Feeling has returned to my little toe after years of only a tingling sensation
A persistent corn on my foot has disappeared
Strength has returned to a wrist that was broken and didn't heal properly
I'm sleeping better
