They have been put in place to help ensure that everybody can have an enjoyable time here and, by posting on this forum, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the rules. If you don't understand the rules, don't hesitate to ask for clarification! There is no such thing as a stupid question!

Rules:

This forum does not support dog fighting in any way. Advertising/promoting dog fighting will result in a ban.

This forum is open to young people, so please do not post pornographic/offensive images, posts or links.

Do not post material which breaches the copyright of other members or websites. If you post something copyrighted by another person and they ask for it to be removed, please do so.

This is an English-speaking forum. For the sake of easy communication, if you decide to use any other language, please provide a translation at the end of your post.

Spamming/advertising is not allowed and will result in the offending post(s) being removed or edited. A warning will also be issued. If you wish to advertise your website, please send a private message to one of the admins.

Harrassment, abuse and personal attacks aimed at other members of this forum will not be tolerated, whether it's on the open forum or through private messaging. Depending on the severity of the abuse, you may receive a warning or a ban.

This forum will not tolerate illegal activities. Please do not promote or discuss (with the intent of supporting) said activities on this forum.

Trolling (the act of posting with the intent of upsetting/angering somebody for your own amusement) is not allowed. If you have an issue with somebody, please try to resolve it maturely.

Do not post private information, whether it's your own or somebody else's; this includes emails, addresses and phone numbers. If you want to exchange personal information with somebody, please do it via private messaging and not on the open forum.

Do not attempt to use this forum to make sales. Doing so will result in a warning or, depending on the circumstances, a ban.

Do not post hidden links, as they will be assumed to be malicious. If you want to provide a link to a website other than this forum, please display the entire link. Hidden links will be deleted.

Guidelines:

Please try to respect other people's opinions. You may not agree with them, but the beauty of discussion is that people have different opinions. If everybody had the same opinions, discussions would become very boring!

This is an all-breed forum. It's understandable that you may not like every single breed mentioned here. However, if you want to criticise a breed, please be considerate of the fact that people can be very protective of their pets. Criticism doesn't have to be insulting.

Consequences

Most rule infractions will result in a warning.

After three consecutive warnings, further action will be taken.

For more serious rule infractions, temporary or permanent bans may be enforced. Bans can be appealed through the contact button at the bottom of the page.

Abuse via PMs may result in your private messaging system being deactivated.

If you have any questions regarding the above rules and guidelines, feel free to ask in the Forum Help thread.

If you feel that you are being treated unfairly by a moderator, please contact me and I will look into the situation. If you feel that I am treating you unfairly, again, please contact me or another staff member and it can be discussed!

If you have an issue with a moderator or an admin, please don't think that you will be banned for voicing your opinion. Provided you are polite, we have no problem with you putting across your views or criticisms.
