I'm a veggie lover! apart from broccoli I enjoy everything in the list, and more, so I haven't voted on this one!

Hmmmm. I like most of them, but not all. Not over keen on Okra for instance. Or rubbery runner beans.

Re: Favourite Veg
Ok ok ok ! I've voted - left out broccoli, cabbage and parsnip, but I would include asparagus (the nice fresh green kind) , crispy lettuce and onions

Yes, iceberg lettuce with some Hellmans' mayo, sliced raw onion, sliced tomato and some chicken is the perfect sandwich!

Re: Favourite Veg
Oh Lynne - lightly boiled fresh green asparagus tips dipped in melted butter are heaven!
Oh, and I forgot cauliflower. Lightly boiled to al dente and eaten with a good cheese sauce it's yummy. Better yet is raw sprigs of cauliflower dipped in an onion and garlic dip - lovely peppery taste and crunchiness! Although I would recommend caution here - in my pigginess I overdid it and my tummy protested rather violently and painfully!

Leave out the chicken, tomato, onion and mayo and I'd love it!

I don't mind asparagus in a dish, but not on its own
