Hmm... Favourite colour... I don't know if I could pick a favourite, but I really love the red you get on some Border Collies - solid red, not merle.

I've always liked sable - as in GSDs.

Any colour as long as it is not blue, I think I may be the only person who hates this colour!

I'm not a huge fan of it in bull breeds, although of course I don't think that blue bull breeds are necessarily ugly, as there's more to them than just the colour. Dogs such as Kerry Blue Terriers - I like them.

I don't hate it, but it isn't a favourite of mine - I prefer the non diluted colours!

I have no preference for colour - except that I can't warm to a pied colour in a dog.

Generally speaking, I'd always go for the health of the dog first & then the 'breeding' (if I'm buying a pup), then the temperament. Colour comes quite a way down the line!

Re: Favorite coat colour ?
Definitely, health comes first. As long as the animal is healthy and happy, I don't really mind what colour it is. Obviously, there are colours I admire and would think, "Oh wow, that's nice!" It wouldn't be the deciding factor in getting a dog though.
Brindling is probably one of my favourite markings in a dog, quite possibly because it's one of the least problematic ones in terms of health. So many variations of it as well!

I dont really have a favourite. Brindle used to be one that I wasn't too keen on until I got Bella and my sister got her light brindle x-breed. Then I started noticing all the variations and how different one dog can look in different light conditions.

If I wasn't going to a specific breeder and window shopping so to speak , it would be shape and colour first ( and probably a pied to catch my eye) but then the health and breeding would have to be spot on before going any further
