Yowza! I'm hoping the owners of the pug will be more responsible in the future - the people and dogs involved could have been hurt. The little guy was obviously also interrupting a police stand-off, which is dangerous.

Well, thank goodness it wasn't a larger and/or more ferocious dog being allowed to run around loose. As it is, he was just being a pain in the backside - it could have been a lot worse.
