Can I live with cats: Yes - Good with cats. Has the odd strop with them but mainly ignores them and lets them get on with what they want to do

Have you been longing for a dog who wants to dance, play and get lots of fuss? Then meet lovable 6 year old Jack Russell, Benji. This little he had a bad flea infestation when he came in to us but after antibiotics and advocate this has cleared. He has had sore skin from chewing himself but his skin is clearing up and the fur is growing back nicely.

His foster mum describes him as “Fab”. He is not destructive at all, doesn’t want to scale the garden fences and is relaxed around his food. He loves to play tug and adores tennis balls. In fact, the only thing he loves more than playing is fuss. He absolutely loves his fuss. The more he gets the better – from adults or children. He is lead trained but pulls a bit. According to last owner he is better off a lead and has good recall training. He can be left alone but prefers company and will howl when left. He is currently crated at night.

Benji is fully house-trained, very good with children, he can also be rehomed with cats

This bundle of fun needs someone who can give him lots of time and affection and somewhere that has children as he likes to play and have cuddles with kids. The more affection he has the happier he is. He loves cuddles.

He is a very trainable dog who can sit, “talk”, jump, roll over and dance on command.

Benji is neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated. Prospective adopters will be expected to travel to meet him in his foster home in Cheltenham.
